Cross Physio & Pilates is a team of very experienced physiotherapists who are promoting health, injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation in central Wellington. They understand the frustrations and concerns that an injury brings, and feel that the more you understand your injury, the better your chance of overcoming it.
