“4on4” League Information
(provided by Wellington Handball)
The league will run for three weeks with all teams playing four games, each team having one double header weekend (double header games are played back to back).
Both men’s and women’s leagues will be run as a round robin (no finals). In the women’s league all teams play each other. In the men’s league teams un group A play all other teams in their group, however teams in group B play all but one other team.
All teams are awarded 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, and 0 for a loss.
The court will be the same length and width as a netball court, with the 6 meter boundary being marked with a straight line rather than a half circle.
Normal Indoor Handball rules apply. The one exception being each team will only be allowed to field three outfield players and one goalkeeper.
