After a very good season, the Vikings men team finished first in the Pool group with 7 wins out of 7 games. In the Final they face the old rival Vic Uni Wolves (Sunday, 19/6/2016 at 5:20pm at the ASB Sports Stadium).

The Vikings women team finished the pool round as 4th placed team with 2 wins and 4 loses over 6 games. Last Sunday they played heroic but ended up short (20:21) versus the Spartanz. Though 80% of the team had all weekend long a Training camp with the U18 Wellington selection, so the tank was actually empty, still they clawed tehir way into the game and had all chances winning the semi final.
Now they are facing in the small final the Vic Uni Ravens (Sunday, 19/6/2016 at 7:40pm at the ASB Sports Stadium)
