On Saturday (17th August) the Vikings were invited to play a training game against the National team as part of their Trainings camp in Wellington. As 2 of our (Kiwi) players played on the National team side we had almost all of our players on board with a foreign heritage.

It was a great game over 3 times 25 minutes which gave both sides chances to improve their team play and both coaches further insights in what needs improvement. The final score does not matter as this was purely about developing team play.

Thanks to the National team for their invite and we are looking forward to help in the future if we are getting asked again.
